Visiting St. Dysmas

Please know that the worship day and time has changed.
Worship happens on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
Visitors will need to be at the prison by 1:15pm to attend worship. This is just for Sioux Falls visitors.

Paperwork
Department of Corrections (DOC) Access Forms (see below) must be completed by each visitor planning to attend a prison service.

Completed forms must be returned to St. Dysmas office, in order to be submitted for processing three weeks prior to the visit. They can be scanned and emailed to: susan@stdysmas.com or mailed to St. Dysmas, 1300 E. 10th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57103-1779
If your group intends to go to the Fryn’ Pan Restaurant after your visit, please clarify that with Susan directly. We do not assume that all groups will be partaking of this opportunity.
